In a 5 day workshop (15-21 February 2020), students at IDC School of Design designed musical instruments for the differently abled people comprising of visually impaired, hand amputees and paraplegic individuals. We designed string based electronic / digital mediums of instrument making, along with Digital Fabrication processes to build these instruments. The workshop was aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal Number 10 - Reduced Inequalities.

Workshop sessions were scheduled at IDC School of Design and Maker’s Asylum (a short auto ride away at Marol MIDC Industrial Estate).
